Dr Mahmood listened patiently to me as I explained my symptoms, made a informed decision to do further test for Cystoscopy. Dr Mahmood had a wonderful bedside manner, pleasant and had good humour. Staff that performed flow analyze was listened and gave simple directions and was kind. I was very pleased with my visit.
